Potosa Spa caters to all groups. Our Wellness Coordinators will assist with planning your events. Celebrate you Girl’s Day Retreat, Princess Party, Bachelorette Party, Bridal Party, Our Wellness Retreat with coworkers at Potosa Spa. For groups of four or more, 20% gratuity is automatically added to the service(s) enjoyed. All groups of four or more will need to provide notification of cancellation 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged 100% of the service fee.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to change or cancel your treatment time, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Notifications made within 24 hours of the treatment time will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled as to not delay the next scheduled guest.
